Since 2022 we have won various new contracts. We have also secured the first master vendor contract in the bus driving market. Our team grew to 50 employees, and we expanded with 3 additional office spaces. We introduced the relocation solution and agreed several commercial agreements for the exclusive supply of temp staff.
We used our success during the pandemic as a platform to take on new business relationships and further develop current contracts. As we supported operators to get back to establishment, we noticed bus drivers that had left the industry as permanent drivers during COVID did not want to return to permanent employment, and opted for work through an agency model to benefit from a more flexible way of working.
COVID-19 and the effects of Brexit impacted our business positively. The need for agency bus and van drivers grew exponentially. During this period, we won contracts to supply a company nationally across 40+ locations, as well as doubling our PCV supply to another contract during this period.
We opened up our third office, the Welling Office (112 Welling High Street, Welling, DA16 1TY). This office allowed us to expand our accessibility to workers from South and Southeast. We had 3 key sites that saw the initial benefits from this office.
Due to expansion of our contracts, Integrated Solutions opened up a second office, the Hanger Lane branch (1-2 Norbreck Parade, London, NW10 7HR). This was also a strategic location for us as there were lots of new opportunities in the West of London.
Integrated Solutions began the supply of a large supermarket chain. The relationship developed and grew onto an Onsite Managed Solution where we managed 300+ home delivery drivers across 6 CFCs and 100+ warehouse staff in peak periods.
Integrated Solutions was established, supplying several different companies with driver labour in the home delivery and bus driving markets. We won contracts with various companies as well as many small independent businesses.
