IntSol Recruitment are recruiting for a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join the team at a hotel located in Suffolk. As the Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes for the hotel’s guests.

Chef De Partie Pay Rate: £19,000pa
Chef De Partie Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
• Setting up the kitchen prior to opening
• Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
• Cleaning an sanitizing the work stations and area with warm water and soap
• Ensure that food hygiene and health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Maintain an efficient and organised kitchen, with excellent attention to detail
• Manage stock levels and orders, ensuring that ingredients are fresh and of high quality
Chef De Partie Requirements:
• Minimum 5 Year experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Level 2 certificate in Food Hygiene
• Working in London experience is preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
