Minibus Drivers – South West London Part Time

We are currently recruiting Minibus Drivers for ongoing temporary and ad-hoc minibus driving work supporting community transport and SEND services. There is a consistent demand for drivers, offering flexible work and reliable local routes.

This role is ideal for drivers looking for part-time hours, local work, and guaranteed minimum pay per duty.

Driver Highlights

• Ongoing temporary and ad-hoc work available

Shift Times

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 11:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 17:00

Pay Rates

PAYE (Including Rolled-Up Holiday Pay)

• Monday – Friday: £16.00 + £1.93 holiday = £17.93 per hour
• Weekend: £17.00 + £2.05 holiday = £19.05 per hour
• Bank Holiday: £18.00 + £2.17 holiday = £20.17 per hour

Umbrella

• Monday – Friday: £21.25 per hour
• Weekend: £22.58 per hour
• Bank Holiday: £23.90 per hour

Driver Requirements

• Minimum 1 year service bus or minibus driving experience
• Confident working with children with special needs
• Able to assist passengers on and off the vehicle safely
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
