Our recruitment process has been tried and tested. We recruit candidates in a manner that is streamlined and comprehensive, covering all requirements.

1 Step 1

Applicant Screening

We send out an application to gain some initial details and ensure that applicants have the relevant qualifications and experience to recruit.

2 Step 2

Telephone Interview

We conduct an interview over the phone to get more information about the candidate and roles they are looking for.

3 Step 3

RTW Check and Document Scanning

Checks are conducted to make sure documents are certified and the candidate has the right to work.

4 Step 4

Face to face or Video Interview

We then have a video or face to face interview with clients in order to get to know them, their experience and their requirements.

Step 8

Job Offer

We match our candidate to the job and offer them an assignment in accordance with their availability and qualifications.

6 Step 7

Candidate passes all stages & meets role requirements

Upon successful completion, the candidate will be considered as having passed all checks and will be allocated a relevant assignment.

Driving assessment/Medical checks

Medical checks and driving assessments are used to check the candidates eligibility for driving.

Background Checks

Afterwards, we conduct relevant background checks including a DBS where necessary.

The Process

Driver Packs

We use driver packs in the initial stages to ascertain information about our candidates. All documentation is checked before submitting candidate for work. The full worker pack is presented to the client once the candidate is confirmed for assessment. The worker pack includes all right to work documents, copies of licence and DQC, DVLA licence check and working history summary. We will also attain a copy of DBS where necessary.

Introducing a candidate

Our process for introducing a candidate, before offering them a job with your company, is streamlined and procedural. We conduct the internal compliance checks and verifications. We send a name check to the client with the driver availability. The client passes or fails the name check; passed candidates are confirmed for an upcoming assessment day. Our Intsol Manager will attend the assessment day to support the training team. Successful candidates are then to be booked for the next working day induction.

Safeguarding your business

Safeguarding your business is our top priority. In order to ensure this, we use automatic and periodic DVLA licence checks with First Advantage. Our system eliminates risk of human error, and we have an effective system in place to support regular internal audits.

Ongoing support

IntSol Recruitment provides clients with ongoing support after the recruitment process. All workers are uploaded to automated DVLA licence checking. We offer a 24 hour support line for queries, and we assign an account manager who can support you with disciplinary issues, as well as conducting reports where necessary. Regular audit information is available from us upon request, and we provide direct contacts to the Finance, Head of Compliance and Directors team.
