Agency Logistics Roles

Engaging in agency logistics work presents the opportunity to undertake fixed, temporary, or ad hoc contracts across diverse sectors of the logistics industry. At IntSol Recruitment, we provide a wide array of roles within logistics, encompassing warehouse operatives, forklift driving, van driving, HGV driving, engineering, and office positions. Working through the agency gives you control, allowing for the right work-life balance to accommodate commitments that a permanent role may not offer. Our friendly team is keen to have a discussion with you about your future employment options. Speak to an experienced consultant today, who can identify the most suitable role to meet your needs.

Working hours and flexibility

The logistics industry offers a broad spectrum of roles to cater to your working needs, ranging from day work, night shifts, weekdays, to weekend opportunities. So, whether you are looking for an ongoing full-time role where you can maximise your working hours or are just looking to pick up some shifts around your existing commitments, we will find what is most suitable for you. Additionally, your annual leave periods are not restricted by rota blocks, and we can accommodate longer holiday or time off commitments.

What qualifications do you need?

Qualification requirements vary for each logistics role, depending on your chosen field. For warehouse operative roles, no formal qualifications are needed to apply, with further opportunities available to develop your career within the warehouse environment. Driving roles necessitate the relevant license category for the vehicle you intend to operate. For instance, driving a Class 1 vehicle requires a category C+E license. Additionally, driving roles require a driver's qualifications card (DQC / CPC) and a digital tachograph for vehicles exceeding 3.5 tons.
